As management, we represent your interests to all stakeholders (advisers, executives, suppliers, users, utility services, etc.). We ensure that work is carried out according to the
contract. We monitor time, costs, organization, information and risk management. We chair the construction meetings and take care of the complete reporting which is shared among stakeholders in time.
We also act as a supervisor. We monitor quality, safety and progress during the construction. By thinking ahead, potential problems are identified at an early stage. This makes it possible to manage risks in a timely manner.
