Like homes, Utility buildings require an energy label if the property is rented or sold. Additional legal requirements apply for office buildings. Since January 1, 2023, office
buildings of 100 square meters or larger require a minimal energy label C in order to function as an office for example. By 2030, the aim is to even have an average energy label A. Sustainability can also be interesting for social responsible entrepreneurship, reducing energy bills but also provides additional value in case of rental or sale. All reason to become more sustainable.
