From design to implementation

At Vesting Projectmanagement we support you in every step of the building process. We support from initiation to realization and every step in between the project. We monitor the budget, planning, quality and design from start to delivery. During this process all documentation will be prepared and shared with you. This way you only have to make decisions about the proposals we already prepared for you.

1. Initiation and sharing requirements and needs sharing

We start our journey by getting to know each other and discover your wishes. We think along in possible opportunities. This way we will be able to make a plan that specifically matches your needs.

2. Definition

We transform your needs into a concrete plan. We centralize the user and make sure that the design is targeting a sustainable end results. Smart layouts, efficient walking routes and optimal usage of the available space are taken into consideration. The design will be tested against existing legislation and regulations in order to create a maximum return. During this process we also check for opportunities for sustainability investments. When feasible, we continue to the next step, the design phase.

3. Design

In this third step of the process we collaborate with an architect or designer in creating the design. The wishes of the user are taken into account while we overlook the design to be beautiful, as well, practically feasible. We value functionality and make sure the design meets all legislation and regulations regarding sustainability, health, fire and burglary safety, and more.

4. Preparation

Important in this phase is that we leave nothing to chance. That’s why we take care of contracting the contractors, creation of the planning and coordination between the different involved parties. Tasks and responsibilities will be recorded with detail. Besides, we like to think along and organize temporary housing when needed.

5. Realisation

Now the project and the contractors are started, the end result becomes slowly visible. Important in this stage is a good eye for detail, coordination and progress. In this part of the process unexpected issues might occur that can impact the original plan. We keep control of the project by signalling issues in an early stage, quick but well-considered decision making and above all, clear communication.

6. Aftercare

After successful delivery of your (re)construction project, you don’t have to worry about the property management. We provide you with a multi-year, maintenance plan that gives insights in expected maintenance activities. This way unexpected costs are prevented and the quality of your maintenance is guaranteed. When needed, we can take the full maintenance process out of your hands as superintendent.
